Legal Security: All transactions are formalized in strict accordance with Italian law. Our lawyers prepare documents guaranteeing the absolute integrity of the deal and the protection of your foreign asset investments.

Option A: Individual Ownership (Asset Management)

Direct ownership of a vehicle integrated into our fleet network.

We offer two legal structures for vehicle registration, allowing you to choose the most convenient ownership format:

Model 1: Corporate Ownership

Suited for international investors who value privacy and the elimination of bureaucratic hurdles.

• Registration: The vehicle is held on the balance sheet of Cabrio Republic™.
• Target Audience: Ideal for non-residents of Italy and investors wishing to remain anonymous.
• Administration: All processes are fully managed by the company (registry filings, tax payments, handling of fines and documentation).
• Management: Full “turnkey” fiduciary management — you simply receive the profit.

Model 2: Direct Ownership

Suited for Italian residents who wish to retain legal title to the asset.

• Registration: The vehicle is registered in the Investor’s name (as an individual or a legal entity).
• Target Audience: For Italian citizens, residents, or business owners (Partita IVA).
• Administration: Joint administration. This allows the investor to optimize taxes through personal accounts and official vehicle maintenance expenses.
• Management: An exclusive asset management agreement that delegates the operational use of the vehicle to the company.

Essential Condition: Under both models, the vehicle is placed under company management for a minimum term of 12 months to ensure operational stability and profitability.

Option B: Investment Pools (Co-investment)

The ideal format for portfolio diversification with a low entry barrier.

• Investment Asset: Popular convertible models (Mini Cooper, Mazda MX-5, Fiat 124 Spider Abarth).
• Minimum Entry Threshold: starting from €5,000.
• Yield: Distribution of net profit among pool participants in proportion to their respective shares.
• Legal Structure: The vehicle is held on the balance sheet of Cabrio Republic™ to streamline administration and insurance. Each investor’s rights are protected by an official agreement.
• Exiting the Pool: Possible no earlier than 12 months after signing the agreement, via the transfer of the share to other pool participants, to Cabrio Republic™, or to a third party.
• Liquidity: Upon planned fleet renewal, the vehicle is sold at market value. Invested funds are returned to investors according to their percentage share in the pool, net of taxes, pre-sale preparation costs, and the vehicle’s depreciation at the time of sale.

Financial Terms (for Options A and B)

Your Income: 60% of the net profit.
The payout is calculated after deducting verified operating expenses (VAT, “Bollo” road tax, scheduled maintenance, tire replacement, washing and dry cleaning, garage storage, and comprehensive insurance).

Projected Yield Example on Mazda MX-5 (May – September):

• Gross Revenue: €15,000 per season (including VAT)
• Operating Expenses and Taxes: ~ €5,500
• Net Profit for Distribution: €9,500
• Investor Income (60%): €5,700

Note: Gross revenue is calculated as the total sum of all bookings for the reporting period, net of applied discounts and agency commissions. The amount of operating expenses is an estimate. Actual expenses may vary up or down depending on the intensity of vehicle use, market insurance rates, maintenance costs, and specific tax regulations at the time of payment. The final settlement is based on actual costs incurred during the reporting period.

We offer transparent and mutually beneficial terms for the Travel industry, Hotels & Resorts, Wedding agencies, Photographers, and Bloggers. Our goal is not just to rent out a convertible, but to create impeccable content and a unique experience for every client.

Unified Privilege Program:

• 15% Agency Commission.
  We pay a 15% commission on the booking value for every client who uses your personal Promo Code. This reward is calculated based on the current rental rate (excluding logistics costs and additional services).
• 10% Discount on the Entire Order.
  Your partner status allows you to offer exclusive conditions to your clients. By using your Promo Code, the client receives a 10% discount on the total bill, including rental and delivery services.
• On-Site Delivery.
  We provide vehicle delivery directly to the Hotel, Villa, or Airport. Logistics costs are calculated individually, ensuring a seamless service without the need to visit our office.
• Media & Content Support
  Complimentary access to vehicles for professional shoots and advertising integrations (sessions from 2 to 4 hours).

This service is provided based on the mandatory publication of joint content (Collab) tagging the @cabrio_republic Instagram account. The partner agrees to provide final edited materials, as well as agreed-upon raw files, with the right for Cabrio Republic™ to use them for advertising and marketing purposes. Fuel costs and a refundable security deposit of €500 are covered by the partner.
